Paul works with Heifer International’s field teams and program participants to facilitate market-based enterprise development, as well as maintain regional strategic access to finance and partnerships as an extension of Heifer’s Impact Capital department. Prior to joining Heifer International, Paul worked at Village Capital as an Investment Analyst for Africa programs working with entrepreneurs and their business models to make them more investable.
